The Kosovo government at today's meeting has discussed the draft comprehensive and legal obligations agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
Prime Minister Avni Arifi's cabinet chief has put forward the draft agreement, saying it envisions Serbia recognising Kosovo's sovereignty, having justice for war crimes, recognizing victims of sexual violence during the recent war in Kosovo and ensuring Kosovo's membership in international organisations.
Arifi said that in three meetings with the Serbian side, the latter have been unwilling to implement any agreements.
