The “Besa” Foundation, representing 110 businesses in Germany, has sent a letter to Commissioner Johannes Hahn, through which he has asked him to reconsider his decision to help Serbia.
Your Honor. Hahn, after we were informed by the Kosovo press about financial support for our taxes that you have offered to Serbia, in federal taxpayers we ask you for immediate clarification:
What decision of the European Commission have you decided to help the Serbian state?
What fundamental rule did you make such a decision?” says in the letter of the “Bese” Foundation.
The foundation has asked the commissioner to reconsider this decision, bringing care of their taxes.
This is what we're asking for in the name of 110 bavarese companies with 3,500 workers. We request an immediate response, of course, that a statement for the media will suffice or give us a reply. We are thinking a lawsuit against this decision to the European Administrative Court for Review and investigative key to the German press”, says Ilir Sefer's letter sent on behalf of the “Besa” Foundation.
