“in Argentina, Trump told Erdogan that they are working on the extradition of Glilen and several other persons”, said Mevlut Cavusoglu, foreign minister to Turkey, referring to the G20 summit in Argentina.

Turkey is seeking the extradition of Glilen, who lives in the United States for a long time after Erdogan charged him with organising the coup in 2016.

Günen had denied all charges against him. Trump last month said he does not consider his extradition only to downplay Turkey's pressure on Saudi Arabia for the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in Istanbul.

Erdogan, last week, said he would also work abroad to mock the financing of Gruevski's supporters.
