He was on the Marshall Islands pulling a hook out of the water and found a large bag pulling.
The fisherman picked up the bag in which he saw something wrapped professionally.
After that he called the police and found out there were 48 kilos of cocaine in the bag.
The value of drugs is reported to be close to $4 million.
Marshall Island law enforcement personnel have requested the American Embassy's help to bring in agents of the Drug Enforcement Agency to handle the case.
