A federal judge in Texas decided on Friday that the American Health Care Act in the United States, known as Obamacar, is unconstitutional.
Judge Reed O'Connor acknowledged that the 20-nation coalition last year to change the Law on Health Insurance, depreciated the Obamacare Law in general.
The coalition of states that challenged the law was led by the two Republicans Ken Paxton and Brad Schiemel.
Republicans have rejected the 2010 law that was imposed by former US President Barack Obama and have been trying to get him away ever since.
O'Connor stressed that the demand that every American pay taxes or buy a health insurance is now unconstitutional.
About 11.8 million consumers in the United States were registered in Obamacar's 2018 plan, according to US medical centres.
