All vegetables should be used without oil, salad without oil, and no salt, no frying, no pieces of meat should be small, coffee should be free of sugar, tea with sugar.
Desserts, chocolates, and bananas are strictly prohibited during the day and abroad should be kept in mind not to use them frequently and overuse them.
Weight should drop five kilograms in two weeks.

Breakfast every day:
