As public opinion changes, and that of governments, it seems very likely that the site of the following countries raises questions about how they will work together to control the use of this plant.
It was only 2012 when Uruguay announced that it would become the world's first country to allow the use of cannabis. During that same year, the state of Washington and Colorado supported legalisation of this drug even on non-medical issues.
But why is that?
