The leader of this scientific research, Dr. Gregory Marcus, said: the previous <x0) claims that caffeine intervenes in cardiac rhythms should be reconsidered, as we have found that, in fact, chocolate, coffee and tea have cardiovascular benefits”
The results of the study showed that regular coffee drinking helps the cardiovascular system, reduces the risk of Type 2 diabetes, and other risk factors for the cardiovascular system, such as obesity and depression.
The team of scientists studied 1,300 people, age 72. About 60% of them showed that they drink caffeine products every day.
