It is in the interest of Kosovo and Albania to maintain and advance the bilatheral partnership between the two countries.
In that spirit, today I was honoured to participate in the signing of the agreement for establishing joint border points between Kosovo and Albania, in the principle of IBM and our common European route.
From today, Kosovo's border towards Albania does not exist!
We'll only have one joint stop. The work will continue, and on March of the year we are entering, the second phase of the full removal of the Kosovo border -- based on Schengen principles -- will be completed.
Congratulations to Kosovo, congratulations to Albania!
