Cogening capacity exploits about 50%

The steam city heating project from the thermal power plant “Kosovo B” is currently being used with only 50% of the capacities KEK offers, because it is becoming network expansion. However, corruption is considered an economic project and is very useful to citizens. In this direction officials from KEK encourage Termocos and all other relevant institutions to prioritize the network expansion and the sooner the potential this corruption offers. 

TC-Kosovo B Executive Director Luigj Imer has said that, “maximum user capacity at the peak time when temperatures are lower, 70MW/h thermal energy, that means that another 70MW/h are in the mood. In this case according to my information, Thermocos, along with other relevant institutions, is making the network expand to make the secondary and the terizar network expand in the sense that we can use the rest of this that has remained untapped. So we encourage them to use all the capacity KEK is offering, so these 70 MW/h thermal energy”
