Labusists will inevitably demand a no-confidence motion if Theresa May loses his vote in the House of Communities for her Brex agreement.
Speaking on behalf of his party, Sir Keir Starmer told Sky News television that general elections will be required.
Environmental Secretary Michael Gove insists that the chief executive may again secure the support she needs even though dozens of lawmakers have openly voiced themselves against her deal.
The vote, in any case, will be challenging. But even if the May agreement is not perfect, Gove added, all should admit that if they don't vote on it, the alternatives are either the European Union without agreement, or there won't be any Brex.
But Starmer insists that if the prime minister loses this vote, then her government is questioned. I think it's inevitable that we take this step, he added.
According to British laws in power, if the government loses a vote for a no-confidence motion, it has 14 days to pass a second motion of confidence, instead of Parliament being dissolved and general elections announced, Top Channel reports.
