Bosch: Why shouldn't an army have an independent country

Former ambassador of the Netherlands Kingdom in Kosovo Robert Bosch has reacted to NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's statement that transforming the KSF into the army is not happening in due time and is contrary to the Euro-Atlantic perspective. I completely agree with my friend Serwer, why shouldn't there be an army [...]

I completely agree with my friend Serwer, why shouldn't there be an army of independents? It is not against anyone (the army) and it is multiethnic if Belgrade does not pressure Serbs not to join. And of course not a KLA unit that should be disarmed, shame for you Mrs. Brnabyk and for your push from you” wrote Bosch.

Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj yesterday has held a telephone conversation with Stoltenber, who has confirmed that Kosovo's army is voted on December 14th.

The American expert on the Balkans Daniel Serwer was against NATO's stance.
