The Agriculture Development Agency (AZHB) reports all profit farmers of investment grants, especially those in their business plans have seen the purchase of agricultural machinery, to be careful to increase during their purchase, as some of these equipment have been identified without a number of serial and technical data. For this reason, the AZHB cautions the beneficiaries farmers to be careful during the purchase-fornisation of these devices from the fact that machines and wireless equipment and technical data will not be restored.
The Directorate of Paying Authority at the Agriculture Development Agency has announced that during the payment authorisation process, shortcomings have been presented in implementing projects, and especially for purchases of farm cars and various equipment that beneficiaries have planned on their business plans.
Project implementation tests have identified agricultural vehicles and wireless equipment and technical data, which according to Article 31 paragraph 1.6 and 1.7 of the 05-2018 Administrative Guide and Article 44 paragraph 1.6 and 1.7 of U/A, 09-2018 are unacceptable expenses.
