In this context, based on Law No.9126, the date 29.07.2003 “for civilian use of explosives, pyrotechnics and fireworks in the Republic of Albania” and UK Order No. 229, the date 08.05.2015 “for the adoption of regulation for the way, conditions and storage criteria, and the use of pyrotechnics and fireworks materials”, during the last few days across the country from police structures, has been exercised in subjects (two countries and markets), “For the way the equipment and the use of pirotechnics and fireworks”, reports tch.
1136 subjects (various stores, brands or supermarkets) and majority markets have been checked. As a result of the raids, 643 captillas have been seized, as well as 487 fireworks and fires allegedly containing life - threatening explosive compounds.
The findings were sent to the Prosecutor's Office for three subjects where the capsola was found and seized. Controls have also focused on verifying the completion of additional safety measures, such as camera and fixed fire.
State police call on all businesses not to trade captolls or pyrotechnics, as well as to meet the conditions and criteria for storage and trading of pyrotechnics and fireworks, conflict of law.
State police urge parents not to allow children to use such explosive devices as they are potential risks to their lives and others, as well as invite citizens to denounce every case of the above-paid content in the case of 112 or on the “Comisariat Digital” app.
