At the initial session, he has said he pleads guilty to the burdened criminal work, adding that he has accomplished this work, not knowing he is doing criminal work.

He has promised the court that he will no longer repeat this work, reports “Justice Trust”.

Prosecutor Remuz Latifi has said he agrees with guilty pleas, since, according to him, is in favour of Article 248 of the Criminal Procedure Code, proposing to the court that, in the case of pronouncing the sentence, take into account as extenuating circumstances to plead guilty, on the part of the accused.

The judge of the case, Selman Salih, has since approved the plea on the part of the accused, and has scheduled the verdict on December 21, 2018, at 1: 00 p.m.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina on February 6th 2017 had filed charges against accused Katrinat Gashi, who is charged with criminal work “hiring or hiding items used to do criminal work”, by Article 345 par.2 of KPRK.

According to the indictment, the accused Gashi, on April 6, 2015, about 11: 00 p.m., in order to bring illegal property, had bought nine chickens and two turkeys, from two minors worth 60 euros, the property of the currently injured Skender Bislimi.

The indictment said that the accused Gashi has been able to know that the same have been taken advantage of in carrying out criminal acts, with what cases of injury Bislim has caused him material damage.
