AAK's Red Brian had promised that it would resign if it was this year's visa: Whether to keep it

Commissioner Hahn came to Pristina to show there is no visa liberalisation until 2020. Besides confirming that the visa regime Saga for Kosovars will not yet see the end, Hahni's statement will push AAKA deputy to resign. 12 months ago, Blerim Kuci said he leaves the Assembly if visas are removed this year. Now he tells about Express if I will keep my promise
AAK's MP, Blerim Kuci, could retain his mandate in the Kosovo Assembly only by the end of this month. This is due to his pledge that he resigns unless the citizens received visas within the year.
Kuci from Ramush Haradinaj's party is starting to count perversely, as he says he will keep his promise and hand over the mandate at the end of the month.
“Normically I stand behind my pledge that I resign if this is not the year's liberalisation”, Kuci told Gazeta Express, when he was asked whether he would resign as he himself had declared.
EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn, today in Pristina, broke hopes that visas will be liberalised this year.
The “Puna is being carried out by Kosovo and it is our turn to implement, and this has started with the report and has been taken over by Parliament, which has decided by a majority. Now the issue is in the European Council, which takes the most time to pass this step of the process and I am confident that the 2020 date is more realistic, but do not be held hostage to the” numbers, Hahn said.
According to Commissioner Hahn's statement, Kuci must resign because it is unlikely that liberalisation will occur in the less than 30 days of 2018 or even in 2019.
And, AAKA deputy says he'll leave if it happens like Hahn said.
If no decision is made this month, the AAK will remain with one less MP in Parliament. I'm not attracted to the public vow”, Kuci has indicated.
AAK proceeded MP in January of this year has indicated that liberalisation would be carried out within 2018, so he said that if it happens otherwise, he will hand over the MP's mandate.
“If there is no visa liberalisation within this year's sʹpaku resigned from being MP”, Kuci was declared in Rubik.
Otherwise, until today, when EU Commissioner from Pristina told Kosovars that by 2020 they will not move visa-free to Europe, politicians held out hope that the miracle would occur in the last month of this year.
Meanwhile, the commissioner today lobbied that the Kosovo government was taxing 100 percent on Serbian and empty products.
Ratification of the agreement with Montenegro and fighting corruption and organised crime were the two main criteria Kosovo would meet in exchange for abolishing visas.
Top European officials claimed the visas were hostage to the nearly three-year blockade of the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro.
The Assembly ratified demarcation with Montenegro in March this year, while Kosovo received positive recommendation from the European Parliament in July. And that's all from the visa issue.
The free movement for Kosovars had no place in the Council of Ministers agenda, which meets this week.
