Various topics of the daily work of the Constitutional Prosecution in Mitrovica have been discussed during this meeting, the monthly work report for all prosecutors, reviewing the implementation of the annual work plan, and the challenges facing this prosecutor in carrying out daily affairs.
Chief Prosecutor Fatmir Syla has said he is very pleased with the work done by the prosecutors of this institution, most of the targets set at the beginning of the year have been exceeded, and over 90% of the charges filed by this institution have been passed through the courts of the region that this prosecutor covers. Also a satisfying result is the fact that some 20,000 subjects were treated by this prosecutor in 2018, including subjects of all the nature completed in this prosecutor and police stations.
On the other hand, Laura Pula has expressed satisfaction with the efficiency of the Constitutional Prosecutor's Prosecutors in Mitrovica, especially with the work of integrated Serbian community prosecutors, stating that after conveying the work of each prosecutor has only seen that the results of the year 2018 of these prosecutors have been exceeded, and that the end of the year are found by the prosecutor with more corruption content than the beginning of the year.
Mitrovica's PTH says that during 2019 it will have a priority among other corruption substances, juveniles, narcotics substances, as well as goods smuggling materials because it has begun to mark increases as a result of a 100-man tax imposed by the Government of Kosovo.
