The 100% tax won't count for donations

The Kosovo government through a media statement provides donations statistics from Serbia entered Kosovo and is not included in the decision to impose a 100 per cent tax.

“These data are another evidence, that the 100 per cent tax on products produced in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in no way affects the citizen of Kosovo and in no way is against it. Moreover, the laws in power and the country's Constitution guarantees them advanced rights even in addition to this economic aspect of”, the Government's statement said.

In the distribution category, according to the Government, goods are included, such as flour, corn, food, sanitation and sanitation, medical medicine and equipment, oil and oil derivatives for nest heating, schools, hospitals and churches), heating diapers, etc.

Kosovo customs over the period following the use of safeguard clauses has addressed and approved donations according to requirements from the four northern municipalities and the following Serbian Orthodox Church:

In 19.11.18 a donation of food goods and fish products was approved for the Student Centre in North Mitrovica, worth 3,775.83 Euro

In 22.11.2018 a donation of oil and magus for the Zvecan and Northern Mitrovica municipality, worth 750,000 Euro (donation is expected to reach)

In 22.11.2018 the donation (ilas and medical equipment) of the value of 242,356.38 Euro (submission expected to arrive)

In 29.11.18 the donation was approved (food goods and meat products) for the Student Centre in North Mitrovica, worth 2,188.72 Euro

In 30.11,2018 was approved for the Orthodox Church worth 3, 501.44 Euro

In 30.11.2018 the donation (25 tonnes of type 500 flour) was approved for the Orthodox Church, worth 7,000 Euros.

On 20,11,2018, the donation (25 tonnes mser) was approved to the Orthodox Church, worth 3, 775.83 Euro

In 06.11.2018 a donation (25 tonnes of oil) was approved for the Orthodox Church, worth 16,196.00 Euros.

In 01.12.2018 donations were approved (various foods, oil, sugar, rice, flour, etc) for the Serbian community according to U's donation. NHCR worth 8, 940.00 Euro

On the 06.11-13.11.2018 donations were approved by the Kosovo Foundation Luxemburg (the production engine) for the Serbian community according to the donation worth 4, 299.00 Euros.

In the dates 16,11-26.11.2018 have been approved 3 donations from the IOM (the manufacturer for production, the computer) for the Serbian community under a donation worth 16.515.00 Euro.

In addition, the initial releases for private luggage of the Customs and Actiza Code (Codi No. 03/L-109) meaning the releases, which certain individuals bring to Kosovo in personal luggage at the cost of goods of up to 175, carrying travellers and which are allowed without taxes.

For the 10-day period, there have been over 50 different cases (mainly food goods) with personal luggage that have been released from obligations:
