The Facebook Zhark mailing:
Public debt at the end of 2017 was 996.42m euros, or 16.63% of BPV. While public debt continues to increase its use cannot be considered productive. By reducing public debt according to creditors and his connection to certain capital projects, we have come to the conclusion that only a small part of it (10.3% of the total debt) has been used for productive purposes with positive impact on economic growth. Much of the total public debt (73.9%) has been used to fund the budget deficit caused by higher wage and wages growth, as well as social transfers. This part of the public debt has been used unproductively with little or no impact on economic growth. The rest of the public debt (15.9%) has been used for serving the old debt inherited from the former Yugoslavia that has a negative impact on the economy.
