This is the verdict of the German national court, requested by INTERPOL

The Kallxo news has confirmed attorney Asdren Hoxha, who has warned a complaint against this decision after he put it, the verdict is unequipped in evidence and that the Court has decided solely on the request of INTERPOL.

We will file a complaint, reject that decision, as there is no evidence once. The detention is only set on the basis of demand, and we hope that this case will not be argued”, attorney Hoxha said.

The lawyer said he and his client have rejected the extradition request, since according to the lawyer his client is not involved in the criminal acts he is suspected of.

He has been in Kosovo perfectly regular, but the Court has decided on detention until the German state issues an official request for documentation in question and extradition request”, Hoxha said.

German citizens were arrested on Friday evening, at the request of German authorities under suspicion of committing criminal acts “falsification of money” and “Narcotical trafficking”.
