Ukraine's President Petro Porosenko said earlier that in the event of the state of war in the country, Kiev will not conduct offensive operations.
According to him, declaring the situation of war will not affect the situation in Donbass, either in Ukraine's relations with international partners, broadcast Kosovo Preress.
The war situation decision in Ukraine comes after Russian naval forces attacked several Ukrainian ships by taking them captive.
