Teacher kills girlfriend then himself (Photo)

A high school teacher who had recently been arrested for sexual assault was found dead along with his murdered girlfriend in their home. Police said Dustin Altschuler, 37, shot his 35-year-old girlfriend, Laura Cole, with fire before he shot himself in Washington on Wednesday.

The victims were both teachers at a school near their home and were found by their relatives about 15 o'clock. According to police data, the suspect was arrested several days before the tragedy for an attack on a driver while he was drunk. He had his appearance scheduled for Thursday, a day after the terrible event.

The school where the two victims worked issued a statement saying: “We are deeply grieved at the loss of two members of our school staff. We will invite advisers and psychologists who will support students who recognise these two teachers, not only in our school, but also in other schools where they worked before”, writes “Dalymail”.
