Rohrabacher, a supporter of President Donald Trump, is known for his proservative and prostate statements.
The former businessman has been one of the early supporters of the Kosovo-Serbia exchange territories as a solution.
A week ago, along with 7 other congressmen, he wrote to US Foreign Secretary Mike Pompeii a letter that required the US administration to support the proposed Serbian solution in exchange for territories.
The new California conventioner, Harley Rouda, was a supporter of the Republicans until two years ago.
Otherwise, Rohrabacher has been a conventioner for the past three decades.
