Kosovo's Special Prosecutor is expected to request the extradition of Milan Radojicicic, who is suspected of involvement in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic.

To arrest Radojcicin, Kosovo police on November 23rd had held an action in his apartment in the northern part of Mitrovica, but Radojciq was not found at home.

That two days later he appeared in public from Belgrade, where he indicated he was in Serbia.

Since that day, Radojicic is standing in Serbia and in his statements, he has said he is not involved in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.

The Kosovo Special Prosecutor is expected to apply for his extradition.

He has confirmed this for the news, Special Prosecutor for Kosovo Sylla Hoxha, who has said his extradition will be requested, but, as he stressed, some other legal procedures must first be followed.

“Po is clear that his extradition would be requested. But there are previous procedures once. But if we have to develop all those procedures that are required, all the procedural actions we have to take. We've got some action to take, it's a little early for them to take. First we have to send him an invitation, then we have to issue an order requesting an arrest warrant when he gets to the border points or wherever he is arrested and so forth. There are some procedures that we'll follow but all of this over time goes”, Hoxha explained.

On the other hand, he has said his going to Serbia is still not officially confirmed, but that prior to the extradition, legal procedures should be ignored.

“They are not all confirmed. We have to observe some other procedures, not go directly to extradition, we have to follow all procedures, as the law states, Hoxha.

Radojichi's extradition has also been requested by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Izmi Zeka.

Zeka has said Brussels and Queen states should pressure Belgrade to return Milan Radojici to Kosovo.
According to him, Kosovo must make the pressure not to pet Serbia, but to be seen as an equal aspect to other states, and in this case with Kosovo.

“How the impact Kosovo's non-membership in INTERPOL shows also the final fact where Milan Radojciqi with the Kosovo documentation, but Kosovo citizens also pass into Serbia and we have no international response. I am not explaining the Court's decision in Kosovo, however, remained suspected of the murder of Oliver Ivanovic”, Zeka wrote on his official profile on the social Facebook network.

He has said Brussels is the one that should put pressure on Serbia for Radojkiqi to return to Kosovo.

“Brussels must pressure Milan Radojciqi to return to Kosovo's justice organs. The greatest virtue is when a Kosovo citizen, such as Milan Radojciqi, is questioned by Serbia's justice organs. Honey, the fact that there was not a single response to the defence of the order and the law, as well as to fighting organised crime, but also people suspected of murder what Radojciqi is.

The effects of non-membership in INTERPOL are also seen in this case”, Zeka has indicated.

Zeka has called it absurd how Serbia is holding a Kosovo citizen, who is suspected of involvement in a murder.

So I ask the states of Quintus and the United States to pressure Serbia that citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who are suspected of murder or even other cases return to Kosovo. Before Kosovo laws, all are equal to”, Zeka wrote.

Otherwise, Oliver Ivanovic was killed on the morning of 16 January this year in front of his party building, the SDP in the northern part of Mitrovica.
