These two men loaded with raw materials -- one from Serbia and the other from Bosnia and Herzegovina -- have entered Kosovo only after they paid the tax, Koha Ditore writes today.
The Kosovo Customs spokesman Adriatic Stavileci, who has confirmed that the flow of the trains from these two states has dropped to zero after the imposed tax.

The so-called crisis headquarters, established in Kosovo's four northern municipalities, on Monday has made a decision that Serbs in this region will again come out in protest Tuesday.
