Serbian Prime Minister: Finding Compromise, but We Do Not Know Kosovo

Serbia's prime minister, Anna Brnabiq, has declared today in Berlin that resolving the Kosovo issue should be the compromise one, and that to compromise means a certain point between what “Kosovo is Serbia” and what Kosovo is independent and for Serbia to recognise.
“compromis is between the two sides. But if someone insists that Kosovo is independent and that Serbia will only recognise it, it will not happen, but Belgrade will continue to insist on what Kosovo is Serbia”, Brnabiqi said in Berlin at the European forum “Serbia in the EU”, organised by the “Konrad Adenauer <6>, reports Serbian news agency <6> Tanugux<7>.
She added that Pandora's box was opened 10 years ago when Kosovo declared independence, as she said, against all democratic principles.
We're trying to close it and it's gonna be hard. I don't know if it will be possible, but I would like to find compromise and we can all agree in the future”, Brnabyqi added, broadcast Koha.net.
The chief of the Serbian executive said Kosovo is not the same case as Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia or Macedonia, because they have been prominent republics within RSFJ, while Kosovo has always been an integral part of Serbia. It has said that Kosovo, above all, is a serious and emotional issue.
She said the frozen conflict is not a good solution, which would keep bringing us back.
