It's hard to prevent the departure of doctors and health personnel in other countries. The only way is to raise wages. It is positive to raise their salaries in Serbia, but it is not enough, the chairman of the Serbian Chamber of Health Institutions Committee stressed.
“Romania has had problems in the past similar to ours, has decided to raise doctors' salaries from between 10,000 and 2800 euros a month, and nurses from 530 euros to 980, and thus reduced”, he added.
