The mouse at home can cause a number of problems, from wall damage to causing salmonella disease.
The British Pesticide Control Society says that it is important to quickly remove rats, as mice are adaptable, very mobile, and grow rapidly.
As well as recommending contact with a professional pest control company for any infection of the mouse, the organisation says that you can do your job yourself and buy poisons or amateur-use traps.
But for those who prefer not to use this method, there is an alternative that can help solve the problem.
“Blocking wool-shaped wire holes and cementing it would prevent mouse entry”.
The association also suggests three methods of prevention:
1. Eliminate the vents around the pipes.
2. Remove potential thick nests by keeping the courtyards and gardens clean, recut the crowded surfaces and clearing every pile of wood/ruin.
3. Cover any household waste where rats can access it and hold garbage covers.
