Special Prosecutor Syla Hoxha said on Friday that he has asked the Constitutional Court in Pristina to appoint the 30-day detention measure for three of today's detainees in northern Mitrovica about the murder of former Kosovo Serb leader Oliver Ivanovic. Hoxha told KALLXO.com that the 48-hour police ban has been originally imposed on four arrested people today until they appear before the judges of the preliminary procedure.

“In the meantime, we have turned to the Pristina Constitutional Court at the request for the detention assignment of those arrested except one who has been detained for obstructing the official person”, Syla Hoxha said.
