The prosecution holds hostage to the investigation of “fraudulent police officers”

No prosecutor takes responsibility to investigate over 100 Kosovo Police members, who have benefited from the disability pension for many years.

The case was initiated nearly five months ago by former special prosecutor Elez Blakaj. He has transferred paperwork on allegations that many policemen through fraud receive pensions, writes today “Koha Ditore”.

At the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, they have admitted that they have taken no investigative action, arguing that they are in advance consulting the case.
