“Reported that an unknown suspect has fired firearms in the direction of Albanian male victim (official police). There are no reports of injuries, while at the scene two 7.65 mm calibre shells were found and confiscated. The prosecutor has been notified about the case. The case is being investigated by relevant police units”, the report said.
It was reported last night that police Avni Berisha, known as Tarkani, is involved in the gun incident that took place around 8:00 Friday, at Dragodan, on the “Vicianum” street, at the new Pristina municipality building.
The lawyer, Naim Rudari told the Time Ditore that someone fired a gun at his client, Avni Berisha, while he was near his apartment.
Berisha has responded with official weapons, but fortunately there are no injuries, Rudari had said away.
According to Rudar, his client was shot at on the 24th of last month.

Pristina Chief Prosecutor Imer Beka has confirmed the case for the Daystar. He said she was notified by the prosecutor of the case but didn't know the details.
