The man, whose name was not published because of German privacy rules, is accused of poisoning the food of colleagues with lead acetas and mercour, from 2015 to 2018, the AP reports, referring to German media.
He is charged with causing bodily injuries and has been arrested in May, after shooting his colleagues' video security camera has proved to have placed a suspicious dust on his sandwich.
Prosecutors say he was motivated to see them physically destroyed.
One victim is still in a coma with brain damage, and the other has serious kidney damage.
