Philips in an interview for the newspaper “Voice” stressed that partition is part of Putin's strategic plan to undermine the western influence in Kosovo and expand the fierce influence of his state by strengthening Serbia.
US foreign policy expert John Bolton has also indicated that Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has been sent to US National Security Adviser Mike Pompeo and Defence Secretary James Mattis from a copy of this letter.
Haradinaj's “Letra communicated his views on dangerous and destructive efforts by some elements of Kosovo and Serbia to enter a kind of territory exchange.
