Foreign Affairs Minister Behgjet Pacolli praised it as the loss of Serbia and Kosovo, the failure of the latter to join Interpol.
“Today, there are no winners, neither has Kosovo, nor Serbia. The winner today is evil”
He said there has been no shortage of jobs but that they are faced with major objections.
I honestly say that we have left nothing to do. We worked, but in the end you saw that we failed to secure those 12 votes to ensure Kosovo membership. The option is too big, the contradictions are huge. Serbia fought a ruthlessly with all the means at his disposal, against Kosovo”.
He further stressed that Kosovo received the most votes, but in these conditions according to him, it is difficult to ensure 2/3 of the votes.
Pacolli called for political unity and said there should be no discouragement but that Kosovo should move forward.
