During the surveillance, it has resulted in finding legal violations in 5 subjects (bread supplies), where there has been a failure to comply with the weight of bread and declaration during the monitoring.
There was a shortage of declaration in four furnaces, meaning that these subjects have not declared the burden of bread they sell on shelves, until another subject has resulted in a failure to comply with the burden of bread with the statement the subject has presented.
In this case, five punitive measures against subjects have been pronounced, where violations have been found, the nature of not declaring goods, and no conformity of the weight of bread.
The Ministry of Trade and Industry, by all means, the Metrology Agency, will continue metrological surveillance in the coming days throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo to oversee the existing situation on the ground.
