The three opposition subjects -- the Democratic League of Kosovo, the Vetevendosje Movement and the Social Democrat Party -- do not rule out the possibility of organising anti-reformation protests with Serbia.
Although last week failed to adopt a resolution, which would prevent President Hashim Thaci from dialogue in Brussels on borders with Serbia, the opposition say they have not yet given up on adopting such a resolution.
While the other form of opposition to touching borders remains protests. However, connoisseurs of political issues say the effect of the protests would depend on the protest move, as well as the consistency in the protest body.
Vetevendosje Movement Vice-chairman Fatmire Mulhrama-Kollcak has told the newspaper “Voice” that failure of the resolution against border correction has been expected, as representatives of the ruling coalition have made it clear in advance that they will not vote.
She has said that the results so far must be analysed first and then drafted the list of requests to Serbia before continuing with the final phase of Brussels' dialogue.
“We have come up with attitude, we thought it should be debated about a 38-page Government report about the challenges and achievements of the 2011-2017 dialogue. After we draw the conclusions of whether this dialogue has brought about something to draw up a list of requests to Serbia, which is highly indebted to us, to draw up principled and purpose platforms, and to vote the negotiator team”, Kolcak has said.
