Novoberda chairman investigated by the Prosecutor for Abuse of Task

He allegedly exceeded legal competencies when they gave him the territory of the municipality to the Organisation of Hunters “Kalaya”.

In a decision to launch investigations provided by Inseder newspaper, Ivanovic has reportedly enabled this company 12 thousand euros in profits, causing damage on the other side of the Novoberda municipality.

The prosecutor who has launched an investigation into this case is Arben Ismajli.

“There is reasonable doubt that by the time of 15,11.2017, indefinitely, in Noveberda, defendant Sveislav Ivanovic, as an official person in the quality of the Novoberda municipality, with the aim of taking the against-legal advantage of the legal person, the Association of Hunters Puerto Ricans, in Novweberde and causing damage to the Noveberde municipality, and has seriously violated the rights of the judicial person, in the most controversial way, in the law of the administration of 10/20, as well as the directorate of the UNHOBL, and the UNIL's Department of the Commission, the Prosecutor's Office, the Prosecutor's Office.

Also, the president of Novoberda allegedly gave the company “Kalaya” an office in the municipality object, damaging the budget.

The prosecution had launched investigations into Svetislav Ivanovic after a criminal plea filed against him on suspicion of forging.

This criminal campaign was handed over on 16 May to the Gjilan Prosecution, by Avdullah Gashi.

A few months later, on October 16th of this year, there was also a criminal charge of misuse of official office.

After reviewing and analyzing criminal speculation and other paperwork found on subject papers, this prosecutor under official office has considered that elements of the criminal act misuse of official duty by Article 422 parag 1 of the KPC” are met, the prosecution's decision to launch investigations is said.

Svetislav Ivanovic has been elected as speaker of Novoberda in the recent local elections, as he was the candidate of the Serbian List.

He had won in the first round with over 58% of the Votive.
