Nofkas, tools and actions of three detainees over Ivanovic's murder

“Limar” are the nicknames of two suspects for involvement in the assassination of former Serbian Freedom Oliver Ivanovic, as well as for the discovery of official secrecy. The two, along with two others, were arrested several days ago by Kosovo authorities, but only three of them were detained, writes today “Koha Ditore<5>. Marco [...]
Marko Rosic, Nedeljo Spasojevic and Dragisa Mirkovic, according to the prosecution's papers and the court, which has secured “Koha Ditore” exclusively, is believed to have co-operated closely about Ivanovic's murder. They are suspected of three criminal acts -- serious murder, discovery of official secrecy, and illegal possession.
The prime suspect among those arrested, Spasojevic, who has been investigating the Kosovo Police since 2013 in northern Mitrovica, is believed to have co-operated closely with the unknown suspect so far to carry out Ivanovic's murder.
This prosecution believes it has done, avoiding obstacles, facilitating suspects from leaving the site of the official police vehicle event.
He is also suspected of helping them move the vehicle with which the murder was carried out and facilitated the escape of suspects, along with the other two policemen who were at the scene.
With this, Spasojevic has not performed police duties and authorizations at the scene. It has not been stopped to secure the site, even though it has encountered unauthorized persons, photographing and damaging possible evidence. These are the reasons for the conviction that this defendant has committed a criminal offence: grave murder”, said the prosecution's letter.
