Martinaj was at the conclusion of the 30-day prison security measure given by the tribunal on October 7th, a month earlier. The prosecution body provided new evidence of the murder in the former Block, which burdenes the position of Ervis Martinaj, currently in prison.
In the heavy event, he was executed with firearms, Fabio Gaja, as he was wounded, Ervis Martinaj and his friend Eljon Hato. For the latter, the court has earlier imposed the austerity measure of security of “prison arrest”.
