Of the official voter list it is seen as deputies Naser Rugova, Naser Osmani and Anton Quinn who have not voted at all. Thus has independent MP Korab Sejdiu (acted under the LDK Parliamentary Group), as well as Vetevendosje Movement MP Fatmire Mulhrama-Korcaku.
Support resolution told Shpend Ahmeti's PSD, the alternative with two deputies, as well as its pro, have voted by the AKR, Islam Pacolli and Labinoos Tahiri.
