Sleeping with children in a bed is quite common for parents, but a recent study cautions them to think carefully before taking their children to their bed, since it is considered an act that causes nervousness and anxiety in their children. Many of you may say that the opposite is true with your children when they sleep with their parents, so they relax and feel secure, but scientists have figures that reject such eating. The study, which was published in the Journal of Affactive Records, took 3,583 children to investigate how sharing a bed with parents affects their behavior.
Researchers divided children into four groups. Children who don't share their bed with their mother (44.4% of participants), those who have frequently shared it when they were babies (36.2%), children who sleep in the same bed until 6 years of age ( 12%), and children still slept with their parents (only 7.4% of studying). Researchers praised children's behavior at different intervals of time, and children who slept with their parents showed more problems with focusing than other children. They showed disorders (such as anxiety or depression) behavioral disorder and ADHD children more than super active.
