The picture, which is mostly being discussed today by the gathering of two Albanian governments, is that those present, including Prime Ministers Edi Rama and Ramush Haradinaj, have made the symbol of Albania.
What is noted in one photograph is that some present in this picture have not made the eagle, among them, the Health Minister Ura Ismaili.
But let this be left without prejudice, because in the end, there was a moment... who caught it, got it:P.
