We've all heard the phrase “if you delay the time, you lose”, and it seems to be true.
A new study shows that anyone who wakes up at 6: 00 a.m. is healthier, happier, and has a stable relationship.
The Research of “The Journal of Psychiatric” found that people who go early to sleep and wake up early in the morning are 25% less affected by depression.
Australian psychologist Dr Bailey Bosch said that everything fits the rhythms of nature and sunlight.
According to him, you should wake up early in the morning not only to go to work or finish certain things that you have suspended. Awakening early in the morning may include staying at home drinking a cup of coffee and reading magazines.
