KMLDNJ: Moghrin via Thaci is seeking Haradinaj's collapse

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms through a communique estimates that EU High Representative Federica Mogarin is seeking the head of prime minister through President Hashim Thaci. “Federica Moghrini, asking President Thaci to remove the 100 per cent tax for Serbian goods, is openly interfering with the works of [...]
“Federica Moghrini, asking President Thaci to remove the 100 per cent tax for Serbian goods, is openly interfering with Kosovo's internal affairs by making efforts through Thaci to bring down Prime Minister Haradinaj, where, in addition to the 100 per cent tax, he would eliminate a determined opponent for border correction and thus greatly facilitate the work of President Thaci. Kosovo's president has not imposed a 100% tax on goods from Serbia and Bosnia and has no competence to remove them”, said a KMDLNJ communiqué.
KMDLNJ communications:
After the Kosovo government -- in a situation where Serbia, with the silence of the internationals, since the end of the war -- did its best to prevent Kosovo from travelling towards integration into international mechanisms, although approximately 115 states have recognised Kosovo's independence with the existing borders, imposed the 100% tax on goods from Serbia and Bosnia, internationals were alarmed, listing themselves on Serbia's side.
The international assessment was and is that in Kosovo's north, the law does not rule, but organised crime where Kosovo has no right to extend sovereignty, though it imposes this on the Constitution of Kosovo. They acknowledge that Pristina (avoiding Kosovo's issue) is symbolically present in the north, where Serbia has built parallel structures, which maintain and strengthen them in logistics and financial terms.
After imposing a 100% tax on goods from Serbia and Bosnia, the Kosovo government has put great pressure on its removal, while Prime Minister Haradinaj has additional pressure on the fact that he has incompatible stance with President Thaci about Kosovo's border game, territorial integrity and sovereignty. Against any democratic principle and value of non-moral pressure that resembles a classic blackmail has been declared Frederick Mogerini , EU foreign policy chief, and at the same time “ex1> of talks between Aleksandar Vuciqi and Hashim Thaci, who is firmly declared in favour of the correction of the borders that Kosovo is facing in opposition to telling all citizens.
Protests organised by Serbia in the north of Kosovo, the 100% tax is used only as a trigger, while for the purpose and consequence, it has created a situation of prestanding the act carried out after the eventual signing of an agreement between Vuciqi and Thaci.
The instrumentisation of Goran Rakiqi and the mayors in the north, who resigned successfully, has been done for political purposes, while the tax 100% is being used for emotional manipulation and benefit of the public.
In addition to demanding that the 100% tax on goods be lifted from Serbia and Bosnia, the next requirement is to free those suspected of killing Oliver Ivanovic, which is open pressure on investigators and prosecutors.
The boycott of central institutions is deliberate and the first step towards partitioning, which is not being rejected by internationals and especially not by Moghrin, who is taking a pathetic stance towards Serbia and the rebels in the north who (the mayor of municipalities, other officials, Serbian ministers in the Government of Kosovo, Parliament deputies, judges and prosecutors) are paid by Kosovo's budget while are leaders of Kosovo's protests and boycotting institutions.
Frederica Moggherini, this immoral blackmailer who is violating basic human rights in Kosovo, so that the possibility of directly affecting Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj is using the easy way to strengthen the threat to Haradinaj, but bad is using President Thaci.
The Kosovo government, with unanimous decision and no opposition, has imposed the 100% tax on Serbian goods, and only it can revote that decision. This decision by the Government of Kosovo has met with general support of Kosovo citizens and businesses, so any pressure and interference from abroad is against the will of citizens and should be judged as such.
The KMDLNI agrees that imposing the tax is against the principles for free circulation of goods and ideas in an environment where standards apply to all equally and without discrimination and, in the case of Kosovo, we have multiple standards implementation, as well as violations of these principles on the part of Mogerin, which are making efforts to instrumentalise President Thaci against Prime Minister Haradinaj and bring down Haradinaj's government.
No one can force a sovereign people or state to work against national and state interests, while Moghrin has that very purpose.
The more threatening blackmail becomes for the removal of a 100% and the more non-principled concessions to Serbia will increase awareness of Serbia's boycott of goods as if the number of businesses that will not import goods from these countries that have a very hostile attitude towards Kosovo will increase. Under these pressure and threat circumstances, goods from Serbia should be boycotted 100%, even if allowed to enter Kosovo.
With these actions, the security situation in Kosovo is deteriorating and the consequences can be very serious.
KMDLNj requires implementation of the same standards for all sides, without discrimination by respecting decisions made by the authorities and institutions of the respective countries.
KMDLNj is against the dangerous game of implementing double standards that are making for Kosovo, Mrs. Moghrin, and wants to respect the current position of the Government of Kosovo, until another evental decision as if it requires President Thaci to adhere to the constitutional mandate and not interfere with government affairs.
The KMDLNI invites Kosovo Serb citizens to return to the institutions of the country where they live, work and receive wages, to act as citizens with all obligations and responsibilities and within the framework of the state of Kosovo, and in accordance with the laws in power, to realise the rights they are entitled to and which, according to KMDLNj, enjoy even more than guaranteed the Universal Declaration for the Human Rights of the United Nations and the European Convention for Minority Rights, as the alfa and opagues that regulate these rights.
