The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms, long ago, after the Government of Kosovo's decision was made to reveal the 10% tax on goods from Serbia and Bosnia has reacted by demanding that this tax be done at least 50% for the fact that these two states, except they don't recognise the Republic of Kosovo, with all their strength are working on destroying it, in all areas even where it has nothing to do with political issues such as sports, culture, freedom of movement, freedom of non-government co-operation, etc.
In reports between the two states, establishing this measure is not reasonable when those reports are normal or in accordance with international documents and are respected by both sides.
In the concrete case, this measure is necessary and necessary, which protects the local producer, protects production quality, fights smuggling and tax evasion as if it protected the citizen and the state, and on the other hand challenges open discrimination and the implementation of double standards that the EU did to Kosovo and its citizens.
The treatment the EU gave to Kosovo and its citizens by limiting freedom of movement through denial of visa liberalisation, although it has met all technical criteria is degrading, humiliating and extremely discriminated against. The EU, respectively, some of its leaders have had addictive approaches to Serbia, encouraging flagrant intervention in Kosovo's internal affairs through the formation, maintenance, strengthening and financing of the parallel system in Kosovo. The EU has divided the town of Mitrovica into two parts, hindering the opening of the bridge and freedom of movement by not blaming Serbia for any action, failure to meet signed agreements and sabotage of Kosovo institutions through Lista Srpska”, a communique of KMDLNJ said.
According to the KMDLNJ, the abnormal ultimatum of Frederick Moghrin, as a promoter of Serbia's intervention in Kosovo's exclusive internal affairs is unmatched, from the position of the strong and in full opposition to human rights, as the fundamental values of democracy, which at the end of its mandate brutally violates.
Kosovo institutions should not submit to this immoral ultimatum, but must go beyond these measures towards Serbia by implementing reciprocity 100%.
Kosovo institutions must suspend talks indefinitely until Kosovo is treated by the EU on the basis of those standards with which Serbia and the countries of the region are dealing. Kosovo, by the EU and some of its bureaucratics, is not being treated properly but is being mistreated contrary to basic human rights.
Kosovo institutions must take legal measures against all those local businesses they represent, promote and implement Serbia's economic interest by damaging Kosovo as long as there is no positive reflection of Serbia and the suspension of EU humiliating treatment of Kosovo citizens.
Kosovo citizens should not buy products from Serbia and Bosnia until they overcome the situation created by Serbia and Bosnia and have a hostile attitude.
Kosovo should, either behave as a state, or surrender to domestic criminals, Serbia and Bosnia, and which the EU is supporting because of political opportunity and projects that are being conducted at the expense of Kosovo.
Human rights are and are known as universal rights and guaranteed by the Universal Declaration for Human Rights by the United Nations, and they are inseparable; there are no specific rights for Serbia and Bosnia and other rights for Kosovo. The escalation of the situation is provoking irresponsible Kosovo politicians, scientists and Serbia's state and criminal institutions, and some Carrrierist and insensitive EU burcrats of course, these are going to carry eventual responsibilities and which seem to be inevitable.
Kosovo requires nothing but to be treated even as the countries of the region, with all their obligations and responsibilities as a state.
