KMDLNJ on charges grave of MPs: Someone is right, the one who accuses of murder or the one who is accused of murder

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms has warned about yesterday's debates during the extraordinary session in the Kosovo Assembly, in which some MPs accused the country's president of murder. KMDLNj, through this response, has asked to change the Kosovo Parliament's work regulation for [...]
KMDLNj, through this response, has demanded that Kosovo's Parliament's work be adjusted to increase the efficiency of the Parliament's work, eliminate and sanction the blocking of the work of the Parliament, the unreasonable lack of MPs.
Full response:
“Money, during and especially after the end of the war in Kosovo, has been killed, under unexplared circumstances so far, activists of political subjects (most of the LDK), commanders and members of the KLA, journalists and members of civil society, as well as members of communities living in Kosovo, most are Serbs but also of other communities. Investigatorship and courts, originally UNMIK having exclusiveity for these cases, did not say anything about lighting up these murders and disappearances, suspected as political and ethnic, as if he did nothing even EULEX, as the largest law rule mission in Europe.
The killings and disappearances of Kosovo citizens and not only Kosovo and allegedly motivated politically and ethnically, in the absence of their dawn, have remained mourning, concern and pain only for family members who have rightly sought information about their destiny, justice for victims and responsibility for those who planned, ordered or committed crimes described as political and ethnic.
The right to be informed as well as the right to hold accountable those who contributed to this situation are human rights and, as such, relevant institutions, first the international but also Kosovo has had to address and find solutions.
Unfortunately, not only have information and criminal responsibility not been provided to those who were and are responsible but, in an unscrupulous way, have been misused for political purposes and others by manipulating with the hurt feelings of family members and by mocking law and justice. It is paradoxical that the political subject, from whose ranks are mostly killed and eliminated despite the fact that in some mandates there were the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Justice, as well as the post of prime minister, has done nothing to investigate these cases by making attempts to capitalise politically on these murders and disappearances and to benefit from the sufferings of families, manipulating them. Even parties considered to be off the wing of war have done nothing to illuminate the fate of the killings and disappearances of KLA commanders and soldiers, in this respect, even implementing the struggle within the type by damaging one another, both for political and material causes. In the concrete case, the biggest and perhaps only beneficiary is Serbia, which has created files, dogs and fictions, and, as a result, we have processes against many KLA soldiers and commanders, and is ending with the formation of Specialised Chambers that, despite human rights that do not accept selective justice, did just that by offering no-selective justice.
At the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Assembly of October 31st 2018, where the adoption and voting of a Resolution for talks with Serbia, respectively, there were discussions and articulating accusations and leaving no doubt as to who bears concrete responsibility for the killings described as alleged and politically motivated. MP from LDK ranks, Mrs.
Besa Gagerri, except that he qualified the state of health and mental health of the president of Kosovo as abnormal and that this should be the responsibility of specialised medical profiles, raised, not doubts, but the direct accusations that President Hashim Thaci has killed opponents and political activists (LDK). Currently, KMDLNY has expected the State Prosecutor to react immediately by interviewing MP Gagerri on charges made, and highly incriminating Mr. Thaci for serious criminal acts, and, in accordance with the results of the interview or to meet President Thaci at the “Adem Jashari“airport to interview him as suspects in the allegations of Mrs. Gager, or, if these charges are not based on concrete and convincing evidence, Mrs. Gair should be called into responsibility against the bodies of justice. Every prosecutor of any normal country ruling law and rule of law, Mrs. Gager's charge would have been received as “the divine gift“for whitewashing crimes that have not been able to dawn, The Hague Tribunal, UNMIK and EULEX courts.
MPs Gageri's charges, if confirmed by the prosecution, raise hope for justice, now delayed, for the families whose members have been killed or disappeared as if they were to remove the dilemmas for their fate, and, Kosovo society will take a heavy burden, not carrying out these cases. KMDLNI expresses willingness and will help clarify these cases, which he has requested since the end of the war until today. On the contrary, family members seeking information and justice for members killed and missing even in the future will be manipulated by irresponsible persons for the purposes of political and other benefits.
In the concrete case, they are not and can't be two truths; either MP Gagerri is right about the charges he made against President Thaci, or President Thaci is right if the prosecution turns out to have no support in the material evidence. KMDLNj has sought and requires enlightenment of all alleged murders and disappearances because of political or ethnic causes.
KMDLNj, expresses deep concern and concern that parties (of position and opposition) failed to harmonise a Resolution for talks with Serbia for the fact that the positions were very close and different, not participants but more technical and political. MPs from the Kosovo Parliament must show will and willingness to rise above party and narrow political interests, when there is a general state interest that they did not do at the November 1st 2018 session. After failing to vote on the opposition-proposed Resolution, which did not testify to the flexibility needed for reaching consensus by insisting on voting an unharmonized resolution by all parliamentary parties was created a situation where we have all been divided into losers and no one has won. KMDLNI thinks and proposes that the best way to vote on a Resolution for Talks with Serbia (the conditions and principles for these talks ) is to fulfil the resolution proposed by the opposition with status proposals and the PSD as though even joining this photocopy resolution of the provisions of the Kosovo Constitution, which is clearly said that no one has a right (not to mention any specific name or post) to negotiate the entire territorial integrity of Kosovo, to question its sovereignty and the entity of Kosovo.
Or, instead of Resolution, the deputies of the Kosovo Assembly have had to be distributed by a copy of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, with the highlighted articles replacing the Resolution, which, even if it was voted, would not be binding for President Thaci. Currently, for KMDLNj, the pledge that the Assembly of Kosovo is solely responsible, the last and determination for the ratification of international agreements does not provide assurances of the fact that after signing an agreement -- hypothetically harmful to Kosovo by Hashim Thaci or the future inferences ) -- an international pressure would begin until a scavenging of MPs and would vote on it, as has happened with other agreements. Now, we've entered a closed circuit that can affect the escalation of the security situation. Kosovo and Serbia should only negotiate and reach agreements from equal positions, like two independent and sovereign states. Any other option is loss for Kosovo, while euphemism of words used is deceptive rhetoric and smoke curtains.
Also, KMDLN estimates that it is recent to change the regulation of Kosovo's Parliament's work to increase the efficiency of the work of the Parliament, to eliminate and sanction the blocking of the Parliament's work, the unreasonable lack of MPs who are invaluable for not working and driving their blockages as if they would strictly sanction the insult, denigator and accuser, without any proof of some MPs who have lowered their reputation for land and trust in this year for non-employment, strengthening of the state and strengthening of democracy. KMDLNj, along with partners from NGOs and other professional institutions, will come up with concrete proposals for changing the Kosovo Parliament's Work Guide, and which is a permanent need for the success of the Kosovo Assembly”.
