The chairman of the Board of Electronic and Post Communications Authority (ARKEP), Kreshnik Gashi, said the ARKEP has not accepted extensions of the deadline for using other codes, but only 383.
With the beginning of the code only +383, IPKO considers there may be commercial losses, while V ALA has not invested in its” network, Gashi said today at RTK3.
Under it, the implementation deadline has been 18 months. “We consider that operators have been able to implement the 383 code. Until January 15, 2019, they have time to implement decisions. After that date there will be automatic sentences”, he said.
Gashi said there will be sentences of 10,000 euros, but they could amount to 150 thousand euros. “also has drastic measures, where there can be a license revocation”, he said
