In a closed-door session, Appeals has changed the security measure to <x0) prison arrest” indefinitely for Martinaj, even though his defence attorney had appealed with the intention to ease the burden on his client.
For the former Block event, where a Fabian Gaga was killed, 3 others were arrested: Ervis Martinaj, Eljon Hato and Geldo Hoti, while in search are Ervin Mata, Fabio Allushi, Meviol Bilo and A. Bosniak.
36-year-old Martinaj is accused of criminalising the remaining attempted murder. / TCh/
