The one at RTV Dukagjini has said that the greatest attention will be on roads, rivers, lakes and in countries where image is mostly damaged.
There are fines given, but I have no statistics. Tools collected by these fines will go to municipalities where fines have been imposed. The municipalities will create a fund for use in environmental projects. I hope this fund is smaller and not fined by many citizens”.

We have been asked to politically support this initiative. We've agreed to start forming working groups to determine Green Police computers, number of policemen, etc.

What happened in the previous years has been kept secret from citizens. We don't intend to keep this problem hidden.
