She has rejected comments coming from Pristina, under which European diplomacy chief Federica Moghrini is “unilaterally” and “justcriticised Kosovo” and Serbia “ ” in the context of violations of the agreement in normalising relations.
The reaction of Kosovo authorities in this context is simply not the right way. There are ways to resolve these issues and these channels should be used”, Kocijancic said.
She noted that progress in dialogue on normalising relations between Belgrade and Pristina can effectively contribute to the welfare of citizens.
“We call on leaders of both sides to immediately stop provocations and focus on ending normalisation of relations”, Kocijanci said.
She said the EU expects the CEFTA Secretariat and all sides to take the necessary measures to ensure that the free trade agreement is fully respected.
Kocijanci also recalled the fundamental principles of the region's European perspective, based on regional reconciliation and co-operation and good neighbourly relations, the KP broadcasts.
